The staff were very very helpful and efficient and had a sense of humour. The room was warm and tidy, included with clear Matterhorn view, nice amenities plus good breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located near a ski bus stop and within walking distance to all touristic attractions. The room was clean and had a great view of the river. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was good and the hotel had its own restaurant. The service was top-notch, from being greeted with a map and taken to the room, to the helpful front desk staff. The bathroom was clean and the Wi-Fi worked well. The hotel also had a balcony where we could enjoy the sights and sounds of the surroundings.

The coffee in the room was instant and the pillows on the bed were too soft. The housekeeping staff did not replace the towels.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the spa with a steam bath and sauna. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. The location was perfect, with a bus stop right next to the hotel and it was also close to the station. I was pleasantly surprised when I was offered a ride in an electric taxi to the railway station. The breakfast served in the hotel was delicious, with a variety of pastries and freshly cooked eggs.

We were pleasantly surprised by the level of care we received at Beau Rivage. When we arrived, we were immediately upgraded to a room with a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn, without even asking! The breakfasts were delicious, with eggs prepared just the way we liked them. The hotel went above and beyond to make our 6-day stay special, and we felt well taken care of throughout our time there. The ski bus stopping right outside was also a convenient bonus. we would definitely recommend Beau Rivage and would happily stay there again.

The location was excellent, just a 10-15 minute walk from a stunning mountain. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently situated next to bus stops for the Station and Matterhorn Express ends of town, as well as the cable cars into the mountains.

The value for money at this hotel was great, especially considering the amazing view of the Matterhorn from our spacious and comfortable room. The location was ideal, with easy access to ski rental shops and hiking trails, and the staff treated us with exceptional service throughout our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms being spotlessly clean and neat. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a nice little gym and a ski room in the basement. Additionally, we had no trouble finding transportation as the hotel was conveniently located right next to a bus stop and an electric taxi service. Speaking of location, this hotel couldn't have been better situated in the center of the city, making everything in this city easily accessible. And one of the best parts was the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options, including made-to-order eggs. Last but not least, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay.

I had a last-minute, solo trip over the New Year holidays and the hotel placed me with other guests, making my experience really enjoyable. The hotel was clean, reasonably priced, and the bed, shower, and breakfast were all excellent. I didn't have time to check out the wellness facilities, but overall, my three nights at Beau Rivage were fantastic. Eva, the host, was wonderful and even sorted out a dinner reservation for us. The view from our room was lovely and the location was convenient with a nearby bus stop.

During my Christmas stay, I received two delightful complimentary facts from the hotel. The location was fantastic, with easy access to many shops and restaurants, and it was a short distance from the lift stations. Additionally, waking up every morning to an astonishing view of the snowy mountains was a highlight of my stay.

My only complaint is that the staff repeatedly came into my room without knocking, which was unsettling. The room rate was also quite high compared to other hotels I've stayed in.
